Can I place a custom order?
Yes, custom orders are possible! You can customize the material colours of our 3D models. If we already have your preferred colours in stock, there is no additional charge. If we need to order new colours, we charge an additional fee to cover the extra costs.

Do you sell the source files (STL) of your 3D models?
No, the source files (STL) of our products are not for sale.

Can you print my own STL file?
Yes, we can! Do you have your own STL file that you would like us to print? Feel free to contact us through our contact page. We can then discuss the possibilities and costs.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Shipping times depend on our current stock and how busy we are. Many of our products are normally kept in stock, but sometimes it may take a few days for a product to be made and shipped.

Will my order be shipped in an environmentally friendly way?
Yes, we make sure your order is shipped as environmentally friendly as possible. We do this by reusing boxes and using paper packaging materials, among other things. We also always use the smallest possible shipping box.

I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return or exchange it?
This depends on the product. Please keep in mind that many products in our shop cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If a product's packaging has a hygiene seal, it can be returned as long as the seal has not been broken. Products that are not subject to these restrictions can of course be returned. In this case, you can return the product to us within 14 days after placing your order, after which you will receive a refund of the purchase price.

My product is defective. What should I do?
That's always frustrating. Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the problem, and we'll work together to find a suitable solution.
