We have given this product a 8 out of 10 for pain level. We have tested the product ourselves and compared it with other products in both our shop and our private collection. This gives a good indication, but please note that everyone experiences pain differently.

Onze toys zijn goed schoon te maken door gebruik te maken van lauw-warm water en een beetje handzeep of afwasmiddel. Wil je grondig ontsmetten? Gebruik dan pure alcohol en een doekje. Is het product in aanraking gekomen met bloed? Dan raden wij aan om deze alleen nog te gebruiken op de desbetreffende persoon.

Kan ik een product op maat laten maken?
In sommige gevallen is het mogelijk om de maten van een product aan te laten passen. Afhankelijk van het ontwerp en de gewenste aanpassingen kunnen hier extra kosten aan verbonden zijn. Dit zullen we altijd vooraf laten weten.

Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Yes, all our orders are shipped discreetly and anonymously. The 3DSM name will not appear on the packaging, and the products will be described in an obscured manner on the shipping label. We do this by describing them, for example, as "Yoga Supplies" or "Stage Props."

If you order €75 or more within the Netherlands, we'll cover the shipping costs. Within the EU, shipping is €150 or more. Discreet packaging, of course.
Repairability
We design our products so you can enjoy them for years to come. If something breaks or you lose a part, you can order spare parts from us at a reasonable price.
